Hi fellas,
my name is Christoph and I discovered photography for myself many years ago.
Since then photography has always been an important part of my life and I still love being creative and develop my knowledge, techniques, styles and portfolio further. Taking pictures helps me switching off and concentrating entirely on the moment, the form and the light and therefore to balance to my often very stressful everyday work.
My interests are currently mainly in food. I used to be a chef for may years and actually never stopped, even if my daily work is managing product development in a food industry company now.
Nevertheless I still love working with my hands and experimenting with ingredients and experience flavour profiles from all over the world. Thats why I finally started to combine my experience in food with my passion for photography.
However, I still practise my former photography interests like architecture, landscape, travel and lost places and I think my experiences here help me to design my food pictures.
With this page I would like to present my work, but also create a platform to exchange ideas with other photo enthusiasts, to inspire each other, to make contacts, etc..
